Our All-Inclusive Gold Package is thoughtfully crafted to make your special day effortless and enjoyable from start to finish. This comprehensive, turn-key option provides everything you need to bring your vision to life, without the stress. You'll work closely with your dedicated event coordinator to choose your preferences, while our trusted vendors take care of every detail.

Picture this: you arrive at a beautifully prepared venue, savor delicious cuisine, enjoy great music, and celebrate with your loved ones. When the night comes to an end, simply head home and we’ll handle all the cleanup and breakdown.

The Gold Package includes a curated selection of services from our reliable vendor partners, with the flexibility to customize or upgrade any element to perfectly match your dream day. In addition to the various Gold-exclusice perks, this package also includes age includes all the basics.

· Event Coordinator who will work with you to coordinate your dream event

· The 58-acre farm may be used for engagement photos and bridal portraits

· Your choice of ceremony/blessing site for up to 250 guests

· Parking area for 200 cars

· Parking assistant to help guests day of

· Security provided

· Use of venue on your event day from 8 AM to Midnight

(reception and music to end at Midnight. Clean up until 12:30 AM)

· 1 hour rehearsal on grounds (date and time to be determined)

· 2 staff on-site to open the venue and maintain the facility

· Golf cart and driver to transport any guests who may need assistance

· Island Pavilion with western red cedar and cobblestone pavers for ceremony site

· Cobblestone patio with custom gas fire pit and string lights

· Lawn area with some games and the ability to bring your own

· 4-acre lake with a private dock surrounded by seasonal flowers and foliage

· Beautiful dressing rooms with a fainting couch, slipper chairs, crystal chandelier, and beautiful antique sconces over granite vanities

· Officiant

· Photographer for ceremony and reception ($1190 value)

· Vast decor closet of event decorations to choose from

· Pressed table linens in ivory or black

· 60” rounds or 8’ rectangular tables, sweetheart, cake, and gift tables

· Champagne Chiavari Chairs for the reception

· Padded white event chairs for the ceremony

· Complete set up and take down of reception tables and chairs, ceremony chairs and lanterns, and trash removal

· Well-appointed prep kitchen for caterers

For clients who wish to provide their own vendors, this package includes all the venue basics you need. This package does not include a day of coordinator, which must be hired and provided by the client. If alcohol is served, the on site bartender must be used.
